A Lakeland guest house built in the middle of the 19th century in a traditional manner using local slate and stone. There are fifteen bedrooms comprising two single, five twin, five double and three family rooms - most of the rooms are ensuite with tea and coffee facilities and hairdryer. All rooms have colour tv, clock, radio, telephone, electric blankets and full central heating. One bedroom is on the ground floor. Rockside has a car park for up to 12 cars.
Windermere village is ideally situated in the heart of the lake district yet away from the crowds that throng the lakeside and shops just a mile away.
